2022 XC40 and Ovo Charge Anytime Compatibility Issues!

So I got myself a used 2022 XC40 last week and I'm scratching my head over why it's not compatible with Ovo Charge Anytime. I did some digging and found out it works with the 2019-2021 models, but not with the 2022 ones and beyond. Seems odd since there aren't major changes with its models except maybe some minor body tweaks. Anyone else dealing with this? What's the workaround here?

I asked about the 2022 model as well. They told me that due to changes Volvo made, it's currently incompatible with Charge Anytime. However, the good news is they're working on a solution already.
