Favorite Contacts Aren't Showing Up on 2024 XC40!

So my mom just got her 2024 XC40 last week. She’s been getting to know the car and reading through the manual like it’s her new hobby. She managed to connect her phone to the car without a hitch. The contacts all show up in the phone book, but here’s the weird part - her favorite contacts aren’t showing up in the favorites tab. We even added them manually, but still, no luck. Any ideas why this might be happening? Anyone else run into this issue?

If your mom has an iPhone, there is a Bluetooth setting that might be useful. Go to Bluetooth settings, locate her car stereo, and ensure "Sync Contacts" is enabled. This includes both recent and favorite contacts.
