Hoping to avoid a rant here but I seriously need some advice! Been loving my XC40 R Design since 2021, but the after-sales service has been a total letdown. Feedback to Volvo HQ went nowhere and got passed to a local advisor who seems nowhere to be found. Now, the car's built-in dashcam malfunctioned - video of a crazy road rage incident won't play! Reached out to the advisor weeks ago with no response. Anyone else dealt with this kind of service from Volvo? I'm planning to get the X40 in the future and I've heard good things about Volvo service before, but this whole experience is making me question everything.
